Did you know that 85 percent of all brand purchases are made by women? Studies show that as many as 91% of those females feel advertisers don’t understand them.

Working in an industry where men vastly outnumber women in authoritative roles, Stephanie Holland is one of only 3 percent of the female creative directors in the country. For more than 25 years, she has worked mostly with male advertisers, helping them successfully market to women.
 
Stephanie will present on how the recession and social media marketing have made understanding and reaching the female target even more paramount.
