WA 360, organizes solutions around the client from their perspective, making it easier to identify needs and cross-serve clients.
Todd Decker has spent more than a decade in leadership roles at Sterne Agee, Regions, BBVA Compass and Bank of America. Todd began his marketing career at Johnson & Johnson where he was Marketing Director on several leading consumer brands. Todd leads the Firm’s practice development and marketing endeavors presenting the unique value of the Firm, its people and service offerings across multiple regions, service lines and practice groups. He works with executive management on strategic initiatives and also supports the Firm’s efforts in pursuing significant client opportunities. His responsibilities also include growth initiatives, communications and marketing oversight of the Firm’s industry niche teams.
Todd is a graduate of Duke University and earned his Master of Business Administration at the University of North Carolina.
