UAB Collegiate Chapter – Birmingham AMA

Founded in 2005, the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Collegiate Chapter of the American Marketing Association (AMA) is a student-run organization that offers its members practical experience and professional development as well as access to industry and community leaders with a focus in areas of marketing. The AMA|UAB is open to all UAB students, regardless of major, who are interested in marketing. The AMA|UAB’s primary roles for its members are:

  • To develop the professional skills of members
  • To provide educational enrichment through guest speakers and practical marketing experience
  • To participate in campus and community events
  • To provide networking opportunities with fellow students and professionals

AMA|UAB is currently looking for guest speakers to enrich the education and professional development of our members. The collegiate chapter is also looking for partnering companies and organizations that wish to help fund the activities of the chapter.
